Marie Bristow

Biography - A VJJA member since 1993, Marie served as Vice-Chairman of the Capital District from 2002 until 2005.  Marie is a graduate of Longwood College (now Longwood University).  She has worked in a variety of human service settings providing crisis intervention, team supervision, team development, business development, and individual, group and family counseling for the past eighteen years.  She is currently employed as Team Supervisor for Family Focus, Inc. in Richmond. She served as a representative to her local Family Assessment and Planning Team for three years, Co-Chair of the Richmond Grant’s Council for one year and Marie volunteers at various community organizations throughout her community.
