Paul Greggs

Biography - Paul has served as the Tidewater District Chair for the past 6 years.  Additionally, he has been a VJJA member for 15 years and an active member of the Tidewater District’s Local Advisory Board for the past eight years.  Paul is employed as the Director of the Westhaven Crisis Center, a group home that serves as an alternative to secure detention and as a shelter for youth in crisis in the Portsmouth area.  Employed by the Tidewater Regional Group Home Commission for 16 years, he has been the Director of the Centerville Group Home and the Assistant Director of Chesapeake Boys Home.  Paul was the 2005 recipient of VJJA’s esteemed Meritorious Award in the Area of Community Service.
