VJJA's Valley District Presents a 1 Day Regional Conference:

METHAMPHETAMINES: The Impact on Teens, Familes & Rural Communities

Methamphetamine use is on the rise and according to the National Association of Counties (NACO) and the National Sheriff’s Association (NSA), is the number one law enforcement problem facing communities across the country. While its usage rates are not as high as alcohol, marijuana, cocaine or heroine, meth production and usage causes more damage to communities than all other drugs combined.
Meth use is increasingly the drug of choice; impacting the court system, foster care system and health care system. We cannot afford to ignore this threat to public safety and health.
