VJJA's Valley District Presents ...
a one day regional conference

METHAMPHETAMINES
The Impact on Teens, Families
and Rural Communities

Methamphetamine use is on the rise and according to the National Association of Counties (NACO) and the National Sheriff’s Association (NSA), is the number one law enforcement problem facing communities across the country. While its usage rates are not as some other drugs, meth production and usage causes more damage to communities than all other drugs combined. Meth use is increasingly the drug of choice; impacting the court, foster care and health care systems. We cannot afford to ignore this threat to public safety and health.
